James Kelly’s Lifestyle Communities has entered a conditional offer to buy a 150 lot property in Rosebud, on the Mornington Peninsula for $7.5 million. This will be their 10th manufactured home estate community since they launched 10 years ago, delivering 1,779 built or potential homes.
