Presbyterian Aged Care CEO Paul Sadler has entered a contract with Brookfield Multiplex to build a 100 bed aged care facility plus 70 new retirement village apartments across four buildings and nine apartments in the heritage Scottish Hospital building.

The 179 bed/unit development will cost $180M or roughly $1 million each, a big price. However this is a huge site in a AAA location in one of Sydney’s most expensive inner city suburbs.
