James Kelly’s (pictured) publicly listed Lifestyle Communities posted an 11% increase in total settlements (695 in 12 months) and an 18% increase in revenue for the financial year to June.
They have been able to reduce gearing to under 20%.
Celebrating its tenth birthday, it now has 8 resort parks in Victoria with 1,460 homes.
They have just purchased their next site in Wollert. They paid AV Jennings $6.7M for the site.
