Colliers place Tea Gardens Grange village back ont he market after Darren Olney-Fraser's Mariner Corporation failed to settle, risking his $400,000 deposit. Over four weeks he went on to miss settling on The Woniora village as well,t aking the deposits at risk to $700,000. He never did settle.

By July he was out of Mariner and ASIC was prosecuting him personally on a separate matter. (Palm Lake Resorts bought Tea Gardens and Matthew Chun and Steve Leskie bought The Woniora).
