AMP Capital Investors has laid out $34 million to acquire 5.4% of the Summerset village business in New Zealand, which is also now listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. Summerset has 23 retirement village locations in NZ. This values the group at $684 million (an interesting comparison to RetireAustralia).
