While many city dwellers yearn to escape the pressure of urban life, they often find it hard to give up the luxuries they have been accustomed to in their upmarket urban homes. At the same time, country and coastal regions are not renowned for their architecture or facilities.
A village was not really on our mind but this looked so good we decided to come up and have a look. It turned out to be just like the model - really green, very relaxing and pleasant. Since we moved here we have found it the perfect ambiance for us.
Brentwood Village has long been regarded as one of the most desirable villages on the Central Coast thanks to its mature gardens and expansive 50-acre site. It offers independent living, serviced apartments and high care on site.
New South Wales far and away outnumbers other states when it comes to village communities, with approximately 550 providing independent retirement living to over 40,000 residents.
